Effective as of 05/01/2023.
Our basic services are billed on a Flat Rate basis to make it easy for you to estimate how much services will cost you.

There is a basic service call for all jobs outside our shop and that is $90.00 on Orcas Island. After that each service is billed as follows:

• Basic Rekey $20.00 per cylinder
• Master Rekey $25.00 per cylinder
• Rekey a exit device/panic bar $35 (if bar removal required)
• Profile (Euro ) Cylinder Rekey $25.00 per cylinder
• Emergency Bypass $25.00
• Basic Repair $25.00
• Replace Hardware $25.00
• Fresh prep on wood door for standard lockset $50
• Cut standard double sided key $5.50
• Cut standard single sided key $4.00
• Copy and program “chipped” transponder key $90+
• Code cut automotive key $25
• Code cut house or similar key $20.00
• All other Master Journeyman Locksmith services are billed at $100.00 per hour
• AFTER HOURS/WEEKEND – $150 minimum charge
• Lopez and San Juan Island – $200 Basic Service Call plus services per above rate sheet.
• Shaw Island – $150 Basic Service Call plus services per above rate sheet.
• Non ferry served islands – Service call rate varies.
